About the founder and MD/CEO
Anita Barrett (nee Balletto)
Anita, born and raised in Kenya, has been an active part of the safari industry in East and Southern Africa for almost 3 decades! With a BSc in Zoology from Leeds University, Anita has experience working in the tourism and hospitality industry in Kenya, Tanzania, and for the 14 years, in Zambia. This has equipped her with an unparalleled knowledge and understanding of operating in ‘off the grid’ areas. Her passion and dedication to the conservation and protection of Africa’s wildlife estates fuelled the inception of A to Z Solution’s highly efficient and reliable film fixing services.
In her own capacity Anita sits on a number of Conservation/Wildlife boards including Conservation Lower Zambezi CLZ which she currently Chairs, and has in the past served on the Abercrombie & Kent Zambia and Tanzania, the Elephant Charge, Bio Carbon Partners and ZAWA (Zambian Wildlife Authority – now DNPW) Boards, as well as her current position as a member of the Zambia Tourism Association Marketing Committee - the latter two positions being ministerial appointments and testament to her commitment to the Zambian Wildlife Estate.
